| Egypt must be paid to take over Gaza again and to eliminate Hamas for good. Jordan must be induced to take over the parts of the West Bank that Israel does not need for its settlements and security. The Europeans are the last ones to want a failed irrendentist state on Israel`s borders--that would be a platform for more rocketing of Israel and hence the cause of permanent warfare, and the Europeans know that. The Palestinians cannot govern themselves; both the corrupt Fatah and the fanatic and stupid Hamas prove that. So it`s just a matter of time before Egypt and Jordan come back in, with Israel`s and the world`s blessing. Stop clinging to the past. There is no "two state" solution and there will never be a Palestinian "state." The Palestinians will be much better off with Egypt and Jordan running their affairs with some help from the West, since the Palestinians cannot do it themselves. |
