| Israelies should sue Hamas in Western jurisdictions and seek injunctive relief over any assets which any country wishes to provide to rehabilitate Gaza. It shouldn`t be awfully difficult because Hamas`s goals were not self defence and it asserts that the civilians it has targeted, killed and maimed are legitimate targets. That is very different than Israeli activities which are based on self defence. It matters not a wit that Hamas`s offensive capability emenates from its own territory. |
