Avi Issacharoff, Haaretz Correspondent and Agencies: Haniyeh: Hamas won Gaza war, but was wise to declare truce
Talkback
Title:Same old tactics
Name:not funny
City: State:
First, Hamas fires rockets at Israeli towns, then when Israel threatens to response Hamas makes big scary announcements: "Ghazan children will collect Israeli soldiers` body parts all over Gaza, and Hamas has enough surprises in stock". Then IDF hits hard. Hamas`s leadership runs to their bunkers. From there they bleat a different tune: "we are helpless, we have no ammo, we are outnumbered by the Israelis, and we are the victims, even though in our victimhood we continue shelling Israeli towns". Then, there is cease fire. Hamas`s leadership climbs out of the bunker underneath a hospital (that Israel had built in Gaza), and declares victory. How long can this charade go on?
