How do you know he didn`t? His behavior -- being involved in peace movments and working with Israelis, certainly implies he opposed the rockets.
As far as guilt, you imply only one side can be guilty - therefore if one is, the other isn`t. If two drunk drivers hit each other, both are guilty. When they point fingers at each other, it`s only to delude themselves (each, separately) of the onus of responsibility for the choices they can make. |
