For the last 5 years, every time Israel goes to war or conducts military activity, Garlasco comes out and surmises that they are using a secret weapon - DIME. The DIME concept was an idea the US tried years ago and abandoned. There is no evidence that anyone has developed or fielded such a weapon. Nonetheless, the same people are always saying it exists and Israel is using it on them.
