Well, I remember the november bombing of the Zikim base in which 70 IDF soldiers were injured. I guess you could say the actual target was kibbutz Zikim, located a fex hundred meters from the base... We could then wonder about "the tragic and deliberate mingling between [...] fighters and the civilian population".
