Mr. Levy errs in characterizing Hamas a "weak, ragged organization that has fled the conflict zones." Ragtag or not, Hamas is the de facto government of Gaza. As such it should have responsibly considered the interests of its people before it decided to end the cease-fire. At the same time, the callousness of people like Giora shows that stupidity isn`t isolated to Hamas.
