I am also interested in the level of proof the The Central Eelections Committee used to decide that the Balad parety was guilty of "incitement, supporting terrorist groups and refusing to recognize Israel`s right to exist". Let`s see what the High Court makes of this decision. Hopefully (for the sake of Israel) they will make a decision based on law and not on opinion. |
