do you think less civilians would be killed if Israel went door-to-door? When they get trapped and call in heavy air support, what will happen? How will the innocent in the sorrounding houses flee from the gun-fire?
And if you have not noticed, this is the first large war where people are fighting behind innocent civilians, too afraid to fight a real fight, and using their own peoples death for propaganda. So the idf needs to act differently than all other armies, as many of the rules pertaining to wars have very different applications in this war. |
