You seem to see the war here as a computer game that is designed to entertain you as you post your cynical comments. Israel is trying to put a damper on the northern front while Nasrallah`s Iranian proxy army uses their own proxy armies to antagonize Israel just enough to get a response but not enough to instigate a full blown operation. Hezballah then shirks away from the blame. If Hezballah`s gangs truly were stupid enough to launch another front, they have hundreds of rockets to do so, but they do not dare.
However, I suggest they be very careful. One of these days Israel is going to decide that there has been one barrage too many and the playing field will tilt. Then people here will be the ones to suffer the repercussions while you watch, entertained and happy.
Oh, and BTW, my personal invitation to cynics such as you to spend a Katyusha barrage or two in my security room still holds. Maybe that will sober you up a bit. |
