Use of enemy uniform, tunnels or anything else for a surpise attack are permitted tactics in a war. With all the "bad" attributes, one must admit that, generally, Hamas fighters are determined, not fearing death, and not skimmish about achieving victory by any means possible. This gives even more credit to IDF which is fighting and winning against such opponent.
