...it is ok to ban a party, when there are reasons to believe the party could act against the constitution. for example in Germany in Austria, a party isnīt allowed to have the swastika in its emblem. If a party decides to have it anyways, it has to face the consequences. Therefore Israels decision is right. Obviously those arab parties are a threat for security.
