there is no indication that any war crimes have been committed, except by hamas, who targets civilians indiscriminately, and who fights from among the civilian poulation. the geneva conventions did not outlaw war. they only made certain practices illegal. if the charge of the use of phosphorous is true, legally it is not a war crime. actually, i saw on al jazeera kids picking up with their hands whatever it was that the idf had fired without getting injured. you cannot accuse people, an entire leadership, of war crimes, without substantial evidence. comparing israel`s gaza operation to the genocide in rwanda is a totally false comparison, and therefore, outrageous. |
