If you can read, you will see that the terrorists were firing no more than 100 feet from the school that was hit. That is so close that to say they did not fire from the school is nothing but semantics.

Under international law, any civlian deaths caused by deliberately placing military operations in the midst of civilians is a war crime commited by the terrorists. If this were not the case, no country could possibly defend itself from aggression.
