| A mortar misfire does make it a war crime. The accusations are false and it is time Israel stop apologizing and for Palestinian sympathizers to realize they are crying wolf when they accuse Israel of war crimes. A war crime is if Israel deliberately fired at the compound or if they they fired a mortar with reckless abandon and did not care where it landed. It was a mistake plain and simple, there is no war crime. |
