| There can be no justification for Israel`s continued offensive against the territorial integrity of Gaza and its people. Violence in response to violence is barbaric and it won`t solve the problem of Qassams. That will require Israel getting out of Palestinian affairs and daily life and off their land in the Palestinian territories. In addition. Israel`s aggression is a blatant violation of the Palestinian peoples` human rights and international law as noted below: "All members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state. " UN Chater , article 2 , clause 4 Hence Israel would do well to bear in mind the Palestinian people can`t be bashed and killed into accepting the dictates of Israel and should have their rights recognized like all free people.
