| Using self defense, it is essential to take care about one`s action. If one uses a Machine gun to defend himself when he gets attaked by someone with a stick in his hand, he reacts with unproportional force. If he "accidently" kills "some" of the folks that stand around that man with his picket by emptying the bandoleer, shooting "in the direction of the batten-man", this is at least homicide. |
