| The Turkish state has understood the mistakes it made in the past.The state restricted cultural rights of the Kurdish population for decades (i.e., they were not allowed to speak their language).This has fueled the sympathy of parts of that population for militant groups as the PKK.However the Turkish state has not isolated that population economically. It has not taken away their very basic rights such as going to their job in order to earn money, as the israeli state is doing it for the past decade.We learned from OUR mistakes and give back to the Kurdish population their cultural rights. You should seriously considering to do the same.Violence has never solved any conflict and oppressing regimes are doomed to disappear in th elong run. |
