The PA had no `unprecedented opportunity` to govern. Gaza went under siege the moment the Disengagement was final. The siege helped elect Hamas. That BS about developing industry is just pure BS. The siege never allowed materials in for manufacturing or exports out.
The greenhouses were damaged, then repaired, then rendered useless by the IDF once and repaired again. Their produce rotted at the Israeli border. Israel didn`t leave them behind. They were bought outright by Americans.
