One, the just started prinitng comments, I am sure that others, like me, submitted comments a while ago (which apparently won`t be published).
Two, this is precisely the sort of thing (i.e., civilian deaths) that Hamas has been trying to orchestrate in Israel`s south...fortunately with only small success, though a dozen dead in 8 years is a dozen too many, not to mention the disruption and threat that people are forced to live under. (It`s clear that a few dozens dead Israelis one way or the other doesn`t really blow your hair one way or the other, so I won`t belabor he point any further. But it was going to come to a violent reprisal eventually, Hamas and the people of Gaza had to know that.) So when one reflects on your lack of condemnation for the rockets fired at Israelis (you basically cheered them on, in fact), each seeking to do this very kind of thing, only on purpose no less, your current outrage is a bit too much to swallow. Cry me a river. |
