Verbose, verbose, verbose, should be the adjective describing, this, the most absurd article I`ve read from an Israeli pudit in years. First of all, taking on Iran is no mean feat. Iran has 12m people (men and women) in it`s total military, including regular, reservists, and just plain old homeguard types
It`s Revolutionary Guard force alone is larger than Israel`s regular army. It produces it`s own tanks, artillery, warships and jet fighters. It is about 1 year from testing an atomic bomb..and already has 2 missiles than can deliver them to Israel, our fleets, and parts of Europe. It has built well fortified underground manufacturing plants, one, a one or two mile long cavity. It`s size is almost 3 times that of Iraq (California). Israel AND the West understand the consequences and difficulty of such a strike. Oh BTW, it also boasts 40,000 suicide bombers. It has terrorist friends worldwide. As far as Hamas and Lebanon, they are not alike at all. |
