To say that someone who speaks with a foreign accent is not good enough to be heard is racist.
In America we hear foreign accents frequently.
The governor of California, Schwarchnegger or something has a foreign accent. So you want
Americans to not listen to Arabs who speak English when they are on TV because they do
not speak English like Americans? If what they
say is right, it does not matter if they have
a different accent. What matters is if we can
understand them. Arabs should have the right
to listen to many different kinds of speakers
who speak Arabic. We listen to Mark Regev on
TV and he speaks English but with an accent.
We don`t say- you have to send Benjamin Netanyahu because he speaks more American
English, then we can connect.
