Most rocket attacks of the last six months have been tit for tat: Israel kills somebody in the West Bank and Islamic Jihad retaliates with rockets or mortars: TIT FOR TAT.The present battle started when Israel changed the rules slightly and killed Hamas men inside Gaza rather than Jihad men in the West Bank.
