| I fully believe that Haniyeh believes what he is saying. There is no doubt in my mind. The Arab world is rooting him on. Once again they will be shamed. This is their greatest fear. It is also close to inevitable at this point. For him to declare victory means simply that he, himself, is in one piece. His empire is crumbling around him, Rome is burning and Nero is fiddling.
