Of course Muslim peace activists are an important aspect of any permanent solution. In the meantime, Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran are arming and targeting Israeli cities and radicalizing the region`s population.
Israelis, through successive elections, enunciated a desire for peace. In the meantime, groups like Hamas and Hezbollah continued their terrorist activities and increased their arsenals. I can`t imagine any Canadaian or US government tolerating incessant attacks on their soil & respond with an olive branch.
Sounds good, it`s just not realistic. |
