The swiss have always had a "pay for neutrality` syndrome which quite simply put means whoever pays them the most gets their `neutrality`. Hitler during the war;the nazis after the war; the muslim crescent in the ICRC; the funds stolen from Jews by swiss bankers and never returned;and most recently, their FM groveling to ahmadinejad to get paid for the swiss support of iranian nuclear aspirations.
