| The most important fact this ignores is public anger. There is a groundswell of anger against the bombings. There was a rally of over 2000 in Melbourne and the call to boycott Israel has gained broad support and legitimacy. Israel can continue to bomb from the air and disable even its lobbies or it can launch a gorund attack and lose hundreds of its conscripts. Either way, this is brilliant tactics and a disastrous strategy for Israel. |
