For eight years the authorities of Gaza, an independent political entity/state for all practical purposes, and their armed forces have been shelling the civilian communities of Israel with mortars and rockets, a crime against humanity!!!
Israel has attempted peacefully to put an end to it through all possible peaceful means, but to no avail. The only alternative remained was a military act against the rulers of Gaza, Hamas, and its armed forces.
Note the vast majority of people hit have been Hamas operatives, not civilians, due to Israel`s moral values and strict code of ethics. |
