"If Mexico started sending missiles here [Las Vegas, Nevada], I would expect my government to make it stop." (Stan) A most twisted analogy. Your country is not in war with Mexico, and Mexico is a free and independent country. Both have well-defined borders. Mine is in war with a stateless population, disputing its land for 40 years now.
"The Six-Day War was forced upon us; however the war`s seventh day, which began on June 12, 1967, and has continued to this day, is the product our choice. We enthusiastically chose to become a colonial society, ignoring international treaties, expropriating lands, transferring settlers from Israel to the occupied territories, engaging in theft and finding justification for all these activities." in "The war`s seventh day", Haaretz March 3, 2002, by Michael Ben-Yair, former Attorney General of Israel (1993/1996). www.seruv.org.il/english/article.asp?msgid=77&type=article |
