I am not pro-Israeli nor am I pro-Hamas, but I do believe in the doctrine that power wins out. With that in mind, Israel should just conquer the Gaza Strip if it is causing so much grief and trouble. Why keep playing the same game of provoke Hamas, sustain rocket attack, and then retaliate or sustain unprovoked rocket attack from Hamas and then retaliate? Just end it once and for all. Go in, take the land, set up an Israeli government there and consolidate the land. Simple as that.
There will NEVER be peace in the Middle East if you`re going to rely on negotiations and discussion. The Middle East has proven time and time again that only gunfire, missile attacks, tanks, and rocket fire are the only means to peace.
Keep battling, Israel. Keep battling, Hamas. One of you will end up being the victor. Fighting is the only way to end the conflict. |
