All that needs to be done to avoid any civilian casualties is for Hamas, ISlamic Jihad and the other terror groups to stop firing off their rockets and mortars, cause and effect. YOu cannot suck and blow at the same time. Firing rockets at ISrael civilians will result in a response. I wonder why?

When you kick a tiger in the ass, you had better have something real good in your hands to deal with its teeth. Hamas has been kicking the ISraeli tiger now for months with no adverse reaction.
