| You really should acquaint yourselves with the Federalist Papers and the summaries of the Constitutional Convention and even the debates preceding the Declaration of Independence. Read the actual words of the Founders. You also might want to look into why the Pilgrims and others left England. It had nothing to do with the Roman church, except for the Marylanders. (Why do you suspect they called it Maryland?) |
