| I saw a story a couple years ago about using DNA to track dog offenders, though I can`t say it was a government-sponsored data bank. http://www.doggienews.com/2005/07/tracking-dog-poop-with-dna-analysis.htm is one story from 2005, but I`m not sure if it is the one I was thinking of. |
