Yesterday and for several days prior the would be leaders of Israel spent their time thumping their chest and blowing hot air to pander to the psycho right and then when a poll showed that a slight majority of Isreali,s were not in favour of a mass invasion of Occupied Gaza then they pander to that side by opening three crossings.Feathers in the political winds.
Of course the Egyptians may have had some influence in getting aid in.
Underlying all of that, Israel as the occupying power understands it cannot starve the People it Occupies.
As for an invasion--me thinks that may be on hold for a short while to allow saner heads to prevail.Israel is hardly willing to feed people just before invading them.Maybe I am missing something here. |
