In a story which may, or may not be related, Lebanese Defense Minister Elias Murr has announced that the Lebanese army is incapable of absorbing Hizbollah at this time. He also warned that the existence of Hizbollah weapons caches could serve as a pretext for an Israeli strike. "Why don`t those who armed Hizbullah and claim to be keen on Lebanon provide the army with needed weapons?" - Elias Murr I guess a conspiracy buff, (at least 1/2 the Lebanese public) would speculate Mr. Murr is trying to continue the shift of weapons supply from Hizbollah to the Lebanese Army.
