| Israel built the first and only funtioning sewage plant in all of Gaza`s history. UNRWA and the PA did not build another when the population increased, they merely connected this population to a now insufficient treatment plant. The PA engineer who might work on fixing this mess is in Bethlehem and we are not even told if he is willing to come to Gaza, nor who refused him an entry permit (implied-Israel). Hamas has in the past used sewage pipes to make Kassams, until Israel refused to let any more in. In light of all this, the guilty party is obviously...Israel! |
