I realize you think that it is still 1967 and Israel can take on all enemies and win.
The world has changed a lot since 1967. Israel is much weaker. the US is totally impotent, And the Arabs are a much, much stronger. One thing that has kept the Arabs from attacking so far is Egypt, Jordan and Saudi Arabia (the folks that brought the US 9/11) have been ruled by US puppets. When Israel starts up the killing machine in Gaza, all three regimes could fall overnight and Israel would immediately have a five front war (Gaza, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon and Syria helped by Iran, Iraq and Saudi Arabia). Do you really think Israel can survive total war, particularly one supported by Russia and China?
I have come to the conclusion that Hamas is using a classic "rope a dope" strategy. While it will get lots of Gazan killed, it will destroy Israel. Be real careful. |
