| Hamas isn`t stupid. They saw their opportunity, and they take it. What better time to rain missles upon Israel than as the ceasefire is uncertain, and on x-mas eve. They know that a military invasion or a rain of missles with killing and mass destruction on x-mas would bring world condemnation on Israel. They saw they had a window to terrorize innocent civilians and maybe even maim or kill a few, with no ability of the Israeli`s to respond. And I highly doubt they will keep it up after x-mas passes. They saw their opportunity and they took it. Now Israel has to find a creative way to respond that will force hamas to pay a hefty price. Unfortunately, in the end it`ll only be bombing empty buildings much like in the past. |
