| The problem is that indeed both sides think and act as if violence is the only answer. The ceasefire was doomed because of the different perspectives on both sides. Israel expected a deal with Shalid and absolute quiet. The Gazans expected a lessening of the siege and more goods coming in. Both were disappointed and than 2 deadly Israeli raids killed the calm and were the prelude to the current impossible situation. |
