| I can`t believe Harel`s piece; Gazan`s will become angry with Hamas? So what! Hamas has an iron grip on all desent. It is already an old argument that the anger of Gazans will benefit Israel. Hamas has not fired on Israel yet? Come on! Hamas opens and closes the tap whenever it wants no matter who pulls the trigger. Hamas are there and will still be there even after a military intervention. It gains more recognition with time. Israel must come to an agreement with the Palestinians of the West Bank as soon as possible and then have a free hand to finish a process of deligitimizing Hamas; a long and painful process. There is no quick fix unfortunately. |
