Israel has the right to attack the source of rocket fire and other hostility from Gaza.
But a question under law: when can a country legally attack and kill people on their own territory who are conducting defensive actions? Is laying bombs along the border illegal? What about Israel`s borders with Syria, Lebanaon and Egypt? Doesn`t that mean that Arabs can attack Israelis for laying bombs in Israeli territory? |
