should Israel ever reconsider renewing the truce.
1) That the launching of Qassams and rockets must be completely halted.
2) Any smuggling of materials into Gaza will be met with the closure of the pass.
3) Should intelligence of tunnel smuggling/digging surfaced, Israel reserves the right to conduct military operations to arrest the situation.
4) Should the surface situation of militants repeatedly launching attacks at Israel, IDF reserves the right to launch an incursion and set up bases in Gaza to press Gazan authority to contain the attacks. Withdrawal will only commence when situation is satisfactory. |
