| My wife made the BEST latkes I`ve every eaten, and I`ve been a dedicated latke-eater for over half a century. They were made with organic yams, onion, egg-whites, a little flour, a little water, and a little oil (of course!). Spices included pepper, coriander, cumin. Accompanied by home-made apple sauce! "Whosoever finds a valourous woman..." Chag Channukah Someach, y`all! |
