By declaring it a Ponzi scheme he admits to fraud which, with the help of a crooked judge, Theodore Katz, an Irishman no doubt, gives Madoff such a sweetheart deal and makes all Madoff`s investors eligible for another taxpayer butt...errrr bailout of more Jews.
