What is the point of having one cease fire after another if the end is the same? More over with every ?tahadiyeh? your eventual enemy only reinforces himself making the inevitable fight harder.
The last thing I want is for Israel to go back into Gaza. I personally wish they could simply detach it and make the Gaza Strip an island deep in the Mediterranean.
But that is impossible. If Hamas was interested in real peace treaty between Gaza and Israel, I would be willing to give them as much freedom as they want. But as long as these treaties are simply prolonging the inevitable I fail to see the point. |
