Tonight is Chanukah. The Maccabees were in a far weaker position than Israel is, and they risked a lot too in their war aginst the Seleucid Greek power. It took courage and vision: If we don`t reclaim the holiest of all temples, the right of our children to live without Qassams and terror, trauma and vulnerability, then all is lost.
Of course Gaza is one big, bloody, booby trap.
