| If the economic blockade can reduce the Gaza Strip into a lawless state of anarchy with rival factions and pirates battling each other for power like in Somalia, the siege will have succeeded beyond anyone`s wildest dreams. If the Gazans start killing each other like they did in June, 2007, then they can`t concentrate on shooting rockets at Israel very well, can they? Hamas would have just as much trouble ruling in the Gaza Strip as the ICU did in Somalia. This a good thing and not a bad thing unless you`re on the side of the jihadists, Mr. Levy. |
