| I have another idea. How about Israel removing its illegal seige of Gaza, as the UN has recently demanded it do? Israel will ignore the UN as per usual, but if it removed the seige then Gaza could attempt to construct some sort of state. Which it cannot do while Israeli forces are camped all around it, sealing it off, controlling its borders, ports, coast, air, natural resources and everything else.
