Gotta love the "splinter group" fiction. Mahmood, you and your boys call yourself "Islamic Jihad". Mohammed, you are "Rockets of Retribution". Ahmed, you are, ... ummm, "Qassams from Allah" A standard tactical feature of Hamas is the hydra-like morphing of "independent" groups to create, for the dummies of the world, the illusion of power, and to conveniently shed blame. Either Hamas is in control of Gaza or it is not. If not, things are worse than anyone could imagine.
