Gravity defying returns coupled with no name accounting firm that audited his books should be enough to raise one hell of a red flag. The accounting firm that audited his books consisted of 3 people, one retired accountant, one secretary and one CPA. There is no free lunch in America, if it is too good to be true, it is too good to be true. A little less greed and a little more deligence would have exposed this fraud long time ago.
